ARCHITECTURAL COATINGS
Whether the products are functional such as park benches and light poles
or esthetic products such as door and window frames, sunlight and weather
will dull a standard finish over time.
Architectural coatings not only enhance the appearance of the product, they
protect metal products from solar radiation and weathering from rain and
snow.
Today’s powder coating technology will provide years of protection from
atmospheric exposure as well as sustain gloss and color for years. This
is as important to the benches in your local park as it is to the window
frames on the top floor of a high rise.
The industry standard is TGIC high performance polyester powder. Recent
technology has developed has powder resins containing up to 70% Kynar to
compete with the performance of liquid Kynar paint.

ELECTRICAL RESISTANT COATINGS
Advanced Finishing USA has been insulating busbars, heat sinks and electrical
control boxes with di-electric powder coating for over 25 years. We coat
plain copper and tinned bars ranging in thickness from 1/16” to 1” in widths
up to 16” and in lengths up to 20’.
We can apply powder coatings from 2 to 125 mils in both functional epoxy
coating and die-electric polyester coating. We have coated busbars, heat
sinks and enclosures for the transportation, power generation industries
and for the military. Our operators are trained in reading prints and can
mask even the most challenging configuration.

CORROSION RESISTANT COATINGS
Metal products are exposed to all types of corrosion from simple rust caused
by the environment to surface degradation caused by chemical exposure, solvent
exposure, excessive heat or ultraviolet radiation.
In these applications, powder coating can prolong the life and maintain
the integrity of the metal product.
For normal outdoor environmental applications, we apply TGIC Polyester,
Urethane, and Kynar which resist normal wear and tear from sun, wind rain
and snow.
For extremely corrosive environments we apply thermoplastic KF Polymer,
PVC, Nylon, Teflon®, or Halar®. These long chain polymers resist degradation
when exposed to high temperature and chemical environments.
We have coated mixing impellers, bottling machinery and magnets for the
food processing industry which are FDA approved,

MULTIPLE COATINGS
Some customers require two colors on the same part , others require a primer
coat with a top coat for enhanced protection and some powder manufacturers
require a clear top coat to maintain a certain texture. All of these require
multiple coatings of the same part.
We’ve perfected this technique for transit car and locomotive
industries. It’s also applied to exercise equipment, stadium seating, outdoor
furniture and light fixtures.
